Hello apricat! 👋

Thanks for reaching out! If you have email credentials saved in an Email item then those won't be suggested or filled by 1Password. Instead, you'll need to save your email account credentials in a Login item:

  1. Open the 1Password desktop app. 
  2. Click + New Item.
  3. Click Login.
  4. Fill in your email account credentials (especially your username and password). 
  5. Make sure to add https://google.com as a website address if you're looking to fill those credentials on Google's website. 


Then go back to the Google website and you'll see your account credentials suggested on the site. Let me know if that doesn't work.
