I'm sorry that you're having trouble finding an item. You wrote:

It sounds to me like you might have accidentally used a keyboard shortcut to switch between accounts/collections. By pressing the Command key along with a number 1Password will switch to another account/collection. Collections are groups of vaults so it's possible that you're currently viewing a collection that doesn't contain the vault that your Secure Note is located in. Try this:
- Open and unlock the 1Password for Mac app.
- Tap the icon for your account or collection at the top left and select your account, not a collection.
Then, click All Items, do you see your Secure Note? I look forward to hearing from you.
