Hi @robwinston, that is strange. Could you try the following to see if it helps?
- Right-click on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and select Settings.
- Scroll down to Autofill.
- Turn off all the options under Autofill.
- Turn on all the options.
- Go back to your website, look for the "Sign in with..." prompt, and see if you can save your login.
If you are still unable to select the login, please let us know the URL of the website you're on.
Next, please open the 1Password app, search for the login, and take a screenshot of it for us. Here's an example: https://share.cleanshot.com/dm7URc
Lastly, please grab a screenshot of the vaults enabled in your extension settings:
- Right-click on the 1Password icon in your browser's toolbar and select Settings.
- Scroll down to Accounts & Vaults.
- Take a screenshot of that entire section.
