Found the solutions!
One option is to shove your mouse to the top of the screen, which will make the Menu Bar for 1Password appear, so that you can choose View>Toggle Full Screen .
OR you can use the keyboard shortcut Control + Command + F
NOW I can grab the corner of the window and drag it to the size I want and move it around normally.
