@ag_maryam I followed the instructions but there were no Windows beta downloads on that link, only browser betas. So I downloaded and installed the ordinary release a bit further up on that page, and then switched to the beta channel > searched for an update, and now I'm on 80800104, so mission accomplished I guess, albeit through a small detour. My settings seems intact as well.
I guess I can delete 1password-old.sqlite
now since the reinstall went fine? I also found an old sqlite file in that folder, called 20160514.sqlite
with a last edit date of 2016-09-10, which I guess is a remnant of an old install which also can be deleted?
I've read the other thread you linked to, but either I've stepped on a bug, or I'm not entirely understanding the downgrade concept. As I understand it, when I switch from nightly to beta, I assume that I will stop getting the nightly updates and that 1Password will instead put my updates on hold until the beta version gets to the same version as the nightly version I was on. If that's how it's supposed to work, then I think I've found a bug, because I kept getting new nightly versions, despite having switched to the beta channel.
