Syncing

I have 1p installed on my Mac laptop and iPhone. But the Mac version doesn't have all the items that my iPhone has.

How do I solve this, please?

I will try that too by the end and hopefully will fix it.

Reinstall on the phone or on Mac ? Or both ?

I mention I have similar issues too.

I have noticed that only if do a change (add or update an item) on the phone, it is not synced back to the computer until I start changing something (else) on the computer which will trigger the sync and I'll get the changes from the phone, but not until that.

I mention that I use a business account that I do not manage, and use also personal vaults.

      Hey qdev!

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling 1p from your mac as suggested by markles?  I’d be curious to see if this works consistently.

        Hi Jleick

I am a developer, and uninstalling / reinstalling an app just in order to force a sync doesn't seem like a legit solution.

What I have discovered is that any changes done on the phone do not trigger any sync towards my Mac, while changes on Mac do trigger a sync and I see changes done on the phone as well, which sounds like a bug for me.

I've solved it by deleting 1p from my Mac and reinstalling.
