Since I updated to iO16, TouchID is no longer recognized by apps. The TouchID dialog appears, but then terminates as if the finger is not recognized. 1Password then falls back ...

Apparently the "fixes" to an essential part of this app take 5+ months to "fix". Working on "improving"? I don't think that is the correct word when trying to rectify a problem that has been going on for months now.
