Hi 1P_Dave , Ok, so it sounds like we're close to getting this right :-) . I will be having a meeting with them later today and maybe we'll be able to work through this. Perhaps they're using the browser version instead of the app and that's the issue. If we do run into more issues I'll follow-up. Thank you for confirming we're on the right track!
