Two-Factor Authentication for EA doesn't work
Two factor authentication for EA (aka EA Origin) doesn't work.

Can you try creating an item on our test website and see if you are able to scan the QR code here? Here's how:
- Go to https://fill.dev/form/login-simple and enter some junk data
- Click the Save in 1Password prompt and save a new item.
- Now go to https://fill.dev/form/registration-2fa
- Click on the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar and choose the 3 dot menu in the corner of the item > Scan QR code
Do you see the same message or does it add the 2FA code as you would expect?
If this page works as expected for you, I think it would be useful if we could gather some page details for the EA Origins site to pass on to our development team to take a closer look. Here's how:
- Navigate to the page with the QR code
- Right click the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar.
- Click Help and choose Collect Page Structure.
- 1Password will save a .json file to your "Downloads" folder.
- Attach the downloaded .json file to an email addressed to support+forum@1password.com with a link to this thread.
