Unable to complete all the steps upon installing the app
I recently installed the Android 1password app (latest version as of February 2025), and connected it to my Family account. All my password are already there, yet I can find no way to make the "4 steps left" box disappear from my upper main screen: there's always a step left ("Import your passwords") which I don't need but can't be completed in any meaningful way. So I'm stuck with a box I don't need, that won't go away no matter what I do.
I'd really like to be polite and simply ask "how can I make it go away?", but I already know the answer :-(
It's not that "I can't", it's that "there's no way". And there surely ought to be :-)

Note, before you can take a screenshot of 1Password for Android you may need to follow these steps:- Open and unlock 1Password for Android.
- Choose your account or collection from the top left corner of the Home screen. Then choose Settings.
- Choose Advanced. Turn on "Show debugging tools" and then turn on "Allow screenshots".

Hi Dave, sorry for the delay. The problem actually solved itself in that when I went back to the phone after a couple of days (it's a "service phone" I don't use all the time) the box with the "4 steps left" on top of 1password's home screen had disappeared. No help required, but it's surely annoying to find oneself inside a procedure one cannot close or complete *immediately* after installing a new app. Maybe your developers should include a "manual completion" button and lower some UI friction here.
