View 1Password usage
We are testing 1Password and I am trying to run usage reports for our beta testers. Problem is, most users are showing as "No Activity". In addition to that, their vaults are not showing on the "Vaults" tab. I have confirmed with multiple users that they are logging in as themselves and have many vault items.
I understand that, even as an Administrator I should not have access to their vaults, but I should at least be able to run reports on their usage and vault item count.
Am I doing something wrong here?
Are you using the Team Report? I find that to be accurate, and many users also show no activity, but it is believed that these folks are still not using 1Password. As for Vaults. you will never see users personal vaults listed.
