Watch complication no longer working

Hi, after updating the iOS app to 8.10.56, the Apple Watch complication does no longer work. Previously I added an OTP item and this was displayed as expected. Now, I only see 6 dashes (middle left...

the issue is back, i.e. the complication becomes stale and does not refresh codes. The items are still in the 1P watch app at least
