Watchtower score never refreshes

I've addressed scores of issues raised in Watchtower, but my score never changes. Hasn't budged in well over a year, possibly two. Are others having the same issue? Is there a way to force refres...

1P_Dave, nope, following those instructions, my score did not increase. I restarted app, too. But thanks for trying.
I'll let you know if I make any headway.
