Where is my pin code on my new iPad?

Have 1pw on my brand new iPad 9. It asks for my 4 digit pin but will not recognize it. Worked fine my old iPad. 1Password Version: Not Provided Extension Version: Not Provided OS Version...

Hello @Sgefvert! 👋

Are you being asked for the PIN set for the iPad itself or a PIN that you enabled for 1Password 7? If it's the latter than you can disable and change the 1Password PIN by following these steps:

  1. Open the 1Password app.
  2. Enter an incorrect PIN code. The screen will flash and then you'll be asked for your account password. Enter your account password to unlock 1Password.
  3. Tap on Settings.
  4. Tap on Advanced.
  5. Tap on Security.
  6. Turn off the PIN Code.
  7. Turn on the PIN Code and enter in a new PIN.
