Hello Fanta, thank you for writing in. I'm sorry about the trouble you're having with 1Password.

May I ask if your device is in tablet mode? Does turning off Hardware Acceleration improve the behaviour? Here's how:

  1. Open and unlock the 1Password desktop app.
  2. Click the three dots ( â‹® ) at the top left of the app and select Settings.
  3. In the Advanced section, toggle off Use Hardware Acceleration.
  4. Press Ctrl + Q on your keyboard to fully quit the app.

After that, open the 1Password desktop app and check if the behaviour improves.
