Hi, greetings from the UK. I noticed that the date / time format for created / modified uses North American format (ie. back to front for us Brits). Could this be changed to use the locale of the user please? Many thanks. 1Password Version: 8.7.1 Extension Version: 2.3.5 OS Version: macOS 12.4 Browser:_ Firefox 101.015KViews8likes271CommentsWelcome!

So one of the people in my family subscription for 1P relies heavily on iCloud Keychain. The nice piece about using the native autofill extension is entries from both show up together in-line. This happens on iOS (or if you use other password managers it secure by each provider but both are offered the same way together). in terms of migration and allowing those who wish to use both depending on the context. It would be nice to support the native autofill extension, but further it limits exposure or need for safari extension. Should someone not want to use or can't install the extension due to work policy or just rather not use safari extensions thanks. 1Password Version: 8.x Extension Version: Not Provided OS Version: macOS 12.6 Browser:_ Safari3.5KViews6likes67CommentsFeature Request - Link to related item in a different vault
Please add a way to link to an item in another vault. Assuming you have access to all vaults in play, there should be a way to link to a related item no matter which vault it's in. For example, linking a login item in my personal vault to a secure note in a shared vault. 1Password Version: 8.10.30 Extension Version: Not Provided OS Version: macOS 14.4.1 Browser: Not Provided179Views6likes9CommentsTouch ID keeps getting turned off
Touch ID keeps getting shut off. I select to use Touch ID in settings. After some time, sometimes overnight, I come back and the box for Touch ID is unselected and I have to type my password. This is on my Desktop Mac Mini at home, so it is set to use Touch ID, and never have to type password. This started about 2-3 nightlies ago. 1Password Version: 8.10.36 (81036006) Extension Version: 2.25.0 OS Version: Mac OS 14.5 Browser: Safari / Brave772Views5likes49CommentsFeature Request: Show full results immediately when searching in 1Password 8
In 1Password versions up through 7, when you used the search box to look for a specific entry it filtered the list to only show matching items. This was an intuitive interface and matched how search systems worked on websites, in other software, etc. In 1Password 8 this UI was changed to add a second search popup that showed the filtered results, then selecting an item in this list closes the filtered list and jumps down to show the matching item in the full list of all records. If the selected item was not the exact item that was being sought, to check one of the other possible matches it is necessary to repeat the search, remember which item was not the correct one, and then try another. This is not an intuitive UI, it's almost user-hostile in how it forces a slightly absurd search workflow on the user. While I'm sure the developers who built this are proud of their achievement, however it's a poor UX and should be removed. Is there any chance of bringing back the much simpler, much more intuitive search workflow from previous releases? Thank you. 1Password Version: 8 Extension Version: Not Provided OS Version: macOS Browser: Not Provided426Views5likes18Comments[Feature Request] Sign in with - Please add LinkedIn

I've seen some places in this forum where you guys have informed people that 1Password doesn't use the macOS autofill settings. I was just curious if there are technical reasons that prevent you from using this, or if there are specific design reasons for not adopting it, or if it's something that's coming in a future update. It seems like the native autofill integrations would be the best option, but maybe not. 1Password Version: Not Provided Extension Version: Not Provided OS Version: macOS 15.1 Browser: Not Provided411Views4likes6CommentsAbility to collapse/expand individual tags is so much needed
I recently upgraded from 1Password 6 to version 8, and I’m struggling with the lack of support for collapsing and expanding my tag hierarchy. Over 15 years I’ve developed a complex system with over a hundred tags, many of which are nested. In previous versions of 1Password, I could easily manage them by expanding only the parent tags I needed. Please, I urge you to re-implement the ability to collapse and expand individual tags. 1Password Version: 8.10.44 Extension Version: Not Provided OS Version: Not Provided Browser: Not Provided88Views4likes3Comments
