Logins won't save

Hi. When I'm using the app on my phone, I put in the name of the login, the username, and the password (the web address usually autofills). Then I click either Save in the upper right corner or Done on the keyboard. It says it's saving it, but it doesn't appear in my list, and it does not show up when I do a search. What's going on?

    Hi @dtarvin! Welcome to the forum!

    When you say that the item is "saving", does the save process ever complete? In other words, does the "saving" message disappear at all?

    It does disappear.

    Could you please check in 1Password > Settings > Vaults > All Vaults and see what your "Vault for Saving" is set to? Is that vault set to ON in the "vaults included in All Vaults" listing just below it?
