Date picker off by one

I was entering a software license update today, and noticed the date picker is off by one. Today is the 29th, not the 30th.

    @MrC: Oh man. These date/time/zone things burn my brain. It's showing up for me correctly here...but it's already the 30th for me as I write this, and that's what it's showing. For reference:


    Thu May 30 11:48:57 JST 2019

    So maybe it's defaulting to the date based on UTC. Does that make sense?

    Yes, that’s what I assumed too. Only 1Password is defaulting to UTC. Date and Time, Fantastical, etc. are showing the correct local time-based picker
