Unable to access 1P in Chrome -- can in Safari

    Just updated 1Password (used it for years, by the way) but now not all my passwords can be accessed via the Chrome extension BUT I can access them via Safari. Please explain.

    Could you please elaborate about what you mean when you say "not all my passwords can be accessed"? I'm not entirely sure what you mean by that.

    I have 2 logins for Tripit, one for myself and one for my wife. When I go to Tripits website and try to login through Chrome I on see my wifes option for a password, but in Safari I see both. This applies to other sites as well.

    Thanks @martyncoates, that is much more clear. Could you please let me know what version of the 1Password extension you have installed in Chrome?

    Hi Ben, I seem to have 2
    Version 4.7.4.90 and
    1PasswordX 1.15.2
    My current desktop version of 1Password is 1Password 7
    Version 7.3 (70300020)

    My Safari Version is 7.3 from 1Password 7

    Okay. Having both 1Password X and the desktop extension is likely the difficulty. Please try removing 1Password X and use the desktop extension. Does that work better?
