move items from my trash back to secure notes and logins

I found a bunch of secure notes and sign-on's in the "Trash" I need to retrieve some of these back to the secure notes and sign-ons. I did delete what I thought were several duplicates a few months ago, but now I'm missing the originals and found them in "TRASH". Please tell me how to retrieve items from trash on Windows 10.

Select the item in the trash, @alfagal, and click Restore in the top left of the item details. That's it! :chuffed:
