What can I Do about setup you failed owing an suspected existing folder app and it can't be renamed?

in 1Password 7 for Windows

In the process of 1Password setup I get a message: This folder do not appear in my Browser yet!

1Password Version: Not Provided
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: Not Provided
Sync Type: Not Provided
Referrer: forum-search: I'm trying to setup your App in my PC windows 10 without finishing it owing to an existing app app.

    Thank you for reaching out!

    Please try to do the following to install 1Password on your computer:

    1) Make sure to close all browsers.

    2) Uninstall 1Password 7 from your PC, if you see it in installed apps.

    3) Open Start menu, type %LOCALAPPDATA%\ there and press Enter.

    4) Find 1Password folder there and move it (cut and paste) to your desktop.

    5) Reboot your PC.

    6) Run this 1Password 7 installer and check if the issue remains.
