move items from to new account vault

in 1Password 7 for Windows

I have an existing account with other extended family. I got my family a new account and I am trying to transfer items to my new account vault following the video instruction but once I successfully login with my master password it just show me the 1password interface without asking me to transfer items like it shows on the video. I can manually move items but I want to auto transfer so it is quicker. Note that I use the same email and master password on both account. Please advise.

    1Password will prompt you to move your data automatically only if you if you are migrating from a local vault to 1Password account. If you want to move your data between two 1Password accounts, you will need to add both accounts to 1Password 7 for Windows and move your data manually.
