i added a new login and it's not showing up in my chrome extension icon

Why am I not seeing the new login I generated & saved in the 1Password app? Shouldn't it be listed in the Chrome extension? I just signed up for 1P in latest W10 version and added the extension to Chrome.

    I have two questions for you:

    1. What version of the 1Password browser extension are you currently using?
    2. What is the name of the vault where you saved this item in the 1Password app?

    chrome ext v.4.7.5.90
    All it says is All Vaults at the top.

    and what does the little window that pops up and says 'read-only' mean?
