Can 1Password fill in a basic form?

I have a web form that I'd like to complete. It does not require credit card information. As I can't attach a screenshot, you can access the form at https://yahoodatabreachsettlement.com/en/Claim/AccountHolderClaimForm. However, the fields include the following requested information:

First Name *l
Middle Initial
Last Name *
Address 1 *
City *
State / Province / Territory *
State
Postal Code *
Country *
Home Phone Number
Current Email Address
Date of Birth *

Is there a way to have 1P fill in these fields, preferably all at once? Thanks!

Hi @jimmyweg!

Yes, 1Password should be able to fill in that form if you have an Identity item with all those fields :)
