1Password Not Installing macOS Catalina 10.16

I've got 1PW working on my iOS devices with no issue. I recently had to scrub the disk on my MBP and do a fresh install of 1Password7. I've downloaded the app and am trying to restore from iCloud, but when I instantiate the app it just gives me a splash screen but none of the buttons respond. SO I'm dead in the water right now on
