Can I go from a family account to individual?
I've been using 1Password for years. I recently set up a subscription to be able to continue using 1Password 7 (my account had been 'frozen').
However, after making payment on a single 12 monthly basis, I realised that my original purchase, years ago, had been set up as family account and I've ended up paying the higher fee. I definitely don't need a family account. An individual account would suit my needs fine.
Is it possible to 'convert' my family account to an 'individual' account and receive a credit for the overpayment? If so, what do I need to do?
