Partial registration?

I just registered for 1Password. I got far enough through the process that I received my "Secret Key" and registered my Credit Card. I was never able to get that account open. Tried again and now have an account open but it has a different "Secret Key". I am using the second one but I do not know if my credit card is tied to it? I went to open 1Password on a 2nd device and the first "Secret Key" came up, entered the information for the 2nd account and got it open. My concern is how do I make sure that first account is deleted and that my credit card information is on the second account. Thank you for any help in how to purse this issue.
