My business 1password account is completely broken. Now, locked out of my prod app env.
I've submitted a ticket as well. I have a paid business account, which appears to be completely broken, per the following:
When trying to login from the web app, I receive the following message: "LegacyServerError: Operation is not permitted." I've tried from scratch with the backup key, after clearing browser cache.
Since I can't login via the web, I can't authenticate into the Chrome Extension.
I am able to login to the OSX app, but the changes made there do not seem to be propagating to:
- The Mobile App
- Other business users on my team
My personal (also paid account) is just fine.
My colleagues account, which is part of my business plan, seems to be fine as well.

This is currently hindering my ability to troubleshoot my production environment. Please advise.
