Trying to upgrade from families to teams. Link as described in Help does not exist on my dashboard.
I am trying to upgrade our Family account to a Teams account in order to take advantage of the Duo Security integration ( I assume that is only possible in Teams). Help said to login to our account online, click Settings in the sidebar and select Upgrade to Teams. However, on my dashboard, in the settings page, this option does not exist.

In your Settings page, do you see a section named Change Account Type, right below your Family Name and Portrait section?

Thank you for the screenshot! Are you by chance subscribed via an Apple subscription? This would explain why you are not seeing those options.
