1Password Login not detected

Hello i want to notice a couple of websites that 1password is unable to handle:

http://www.carrefour.it/home.html (the login part is on the bottom)
http://www.famiglia.eni.it/ (this one is important to me because handles energy contracts)

I hope you can fix this
Thanks

Carlo

Welcome to the forums, Carlo! Thanks for taking the time to report this.

    What browser are you using?

I don't see a login form on either of those pages. (Any my Italian is not very good.) Are you sure that those are the direct links to the actual login pages and not the home pages? Could you post screenshots of where the login forms are on each page? The only form fields I see on either page are a single search field on each one.

Please let me know. I'd love to get this resolved for you.
  • Hello and thanks for the quick reply.
I am using Chrome and for example clicking on the second link above (famiglia.eni) i have been correctly redirected to the login page. I attached the screenshot (capture.png).

The first link above instead (Carrefour) is more tricky...

If you open the link, on the bottom of the page you should see: "accedi al myCarrefour". Clicking on it the login screen appears.

I attached the screen of the bottom of the page showing where you should click.

If you need other information please ask me

Thanks, Carlo. I'm not sure why I didn't see the famiglia.eni.it login form before. I see it now and 1Password does not fill it correctly. I will the URL along to the developers so they can improve this.

After locating the login form on the carrefour.it page, it appears to work in my testing. Please try saving the login manually like this:

    1. Enter your credentials, but DO NOT submit the form.
    2. Click the 1Password button in your browser's toolbar, and select the "+" button in the upper right hand corner.
    3. Change the title and make any notes (if desired).
    4. Click the Save button in the upper right hand corner.

Using the above technique I was able to save and fill a sample login at:

    http://www.carrefour.it/home.html

Manually saving a login can be useful for logins that are either problematic to begin with or were once working but have since stopped. Doing this allows 1Password to refresh everything it "knows" about the page. Login pages often change as websites are updated and this can be a necessary but very useful tip. :)

If you are still having trouble, please try disabling autosubmit for that Login and let me know if that resolves the issue. Since I don't have an account there, I was not able to verify autosubmit for the form.

I hope that helps. Please let me know.
