With respect, Rudy, Brenty last emailed me at 17:14 my time (it is now 20:14 my time), and while I do not expect instant, personal support, I thought that maybe Brenty was no longer available for some reason, and it seemed not unreasonable to seek another channel of communication.

    I'm sorry for any improperly set expectations. Please avoid contacting us through multiple channels for the same issue.
