Duo Prompt repeatedly appears

Duo Prompt keeps reappearing. I and others reported it one year ago (2019 to 2020) and it still has not been solved? It happened to me again.

    Hi @wkleem

    There were two different bugs here. The one in the first thread you linked has been resolved (1Password for iOS 7.6). At present there are no plans to fix the second one but I'll chat with our business team and see if we can get that back on the radar.

    Thanks for the clarifications @Ben. I had not noticed when the first issue was solved. I was noticing the second issue then.

    I agree with what linux4life said.

    Thanks for clarifying. In past, those prompts could be dismissed and app continue to be used on mobile, just wouldn’t update items and vaults with 1p servers. This was preferred because if in a hurry or poor data signal, could obtain most data needed without having to complete a Duo push.

    Yes, no matter how many times Duo Push accepted or cancelled on mobile, the app was not useable as pop-ups would re-appear within a second after accepting the push, or cancelling the dialog.

    It's harder now to use 1Password when the pop ups keep reappearing.
