Redeem offer from Parallels to my existing Families account?

My Families subscription has just renewed and I received a code for a 1 year Families script. Clicking their link takes me to -- removed --
which has no support or account link, only offers a new account. I have been a 1Password user for over 15 years and can not believe you would make this offer only for new accounts.

    Don’t get too excited if you get an automatic BitBot reply that informs you a human can help add that Parallels bundle bonus year, because the human will tell you they no longer do... (for existing customers)
