I've broken everything Beta 8 on Mac and 1P on Safari

Not sure how but 1P Version 8.2.2-72.BETA (8.2.2-72.BETA.84367) loads but does not work, there is no working window.

I know this is the wrong forum but 1P for Safari is installed but not appearing in Preferences in Safari.

I've tried deleting both Apps and any residual files I can find and rebooting but still nothing is working.

Any help appreciated.

    I am having the identical problem on iMac but not on Macbook Pro. I've tried everything: rebooting, reinstalling 1P Safari extension from App store, etc. Almost worthless with no Safari extension. I have to open the main program and copy password to clipboard to paste.

    @rpherwick

    I am still occasionally, every week or so, having the same problem which is temporarily fixed with the following Terminal command.

    /System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Support/lsregister -f -R /Applications/Safari.app

    Simply open Terminal and paste the above as one single command and press return. It is like magic, the extension reappears.

    Please let me know if I can help further

    Genius! It worked. Hopefully with the final version 8 (non-beta) this will be fixed. In the meantime, thanks very much for this workaround.
