1password Classic Chrome Extension Asking Me to Subscribe...
I am having a major issue with 1password on my new MacBook Pro. Every time I try to use the browser extension, I get a popup that says "welcome to 1password 7" and then it asks me to "subscribe today."
I have the Mac Appstore version of 1password, and I purchased a standalone license for the 1password 7.
I know that since I don't have a subscription, I need to use the 1password Classic Chrome extension. The one that is labelled "1Password extension (desktop app required)." I have verified that I have this version and no other versions installed.
I have uninstalled this extension and re-installed it in chrome multiple times.
I have also clean-uninstalled and re-installed 1password 7 several times.
I have been sure to restart my Mac in-between each unsinstall/re-install cycle as well.
NOTHING is working. This has been a huge headache and hours of wasted productivity.
Please help me resolve this. 🙏🏻😭
1Password Version: 7.9.2
Extension Version: 4.7.5.90
OS Version: macOS Big Sur 11.6.2

Do you currently have a standalone license? If you look at your current 1Password extension, is it "1Password – Password Manager
2.1.4"? If so, you need to install the "classic" Chome extension. I believe you can find it here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/1password-extension-deskt/aomjjhallfgjeglblehebfpbcfeobpgkHere is a post about the two different extensions: https://1password.community/discussion/119945/two-different-chrome-extensions
