Do you currently have a standalone license? If you look at your current 1Password extension, is it "1Password – Password Manager
2.1.4"? If so, you need to install the "classic" Chome extension. I believe you can find it here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/1password-extension-deskt/aomjjhallfgjeglblehebfpbcfeobpgk
