Safari Extension Not Showing Second Account

I have a 1Password for Families account and a 1Password for Teams account for work. The Safari extension on both my iPad and my iPhone show only the Families account, but not the Teams account. The "All Accounts" option is checked, but again, only the Families account is shown. Clicking Settings option opens the 1Password app, which sees both accounts. Searching only searches the Families account.

I've tried restarting the OS. I've tried disabling then reenabling the extension. Neither of these works. What else can I do?

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your work account using 1Password for Safari. I see that you're already speaking to one of my colleagues over email and so I'm closing this thread to prevent duplication of efforts. :)
