Some 1Password data files detected as JS/Redirector trojan virus

I have just installed ESET antivirus in my mac. During the first scan, I got this report:

I have no clue on what this is and if I should worry about it...

Any similar experiences or ideas on what this files are?

Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: macOS 12.1
