Unable to reinstall 1Password for Mac

    Upgrade to macOS 12.3 removed 1Password7.app and 1Password for Safari.app from /Applications/.
    Attempts to reinstall from the App Store fail.
    Attempts to restore from TimeMachine fail with a error: "can't be modified or deleted because is it needed by macOS."

    Chip: Apple M1 Pro
    Total Number of Cores: 10 (8 performance and 2 efficiency)
    Memory: 16 GB
    System Firmware Version: 7459.101.2

    Software:
    System Version: macOS 12.3 (21E230)
    Kernel Version: Darwin 21.4.0
    Boot Volume: Macintosh HD
    Boot Mode: Normal
