All items should have the same underlying structure features with the ability to create custom templates-- predefined templates should all use the same item structure with different pre-defined fields added.
All fields should be able to be removed or added to any item. For example, the Identity template is set up for an individual identity but there isn't really a template for a business entity etc. If I start with the identity template, there's tons of unnecessary fields that can't be removed when editing. There's no option to change between template types-- it makes sense to just have all item types be fully customizable.
