1password mac 8 lost "do not show in browser" option?
I have a number of items set as "do not show in browser" as of 1password 7
1password 8 seems to observe that setting, and show the item
But I can't find how to edit/change that setting for a specific item in 1password 8
Is is there somewhere?
If not, when will it be back? (it is very useful)

Hey @prenagha,
This one was retired intentionally, I'm afraid. Instead, going forward, you can avoid having items show in Quick Access and 1Password in the Browser by moving them to a vault that is excluded from those areas. For Quick Access, you can create a collection of vaults that does not include it/them:
Use collections to create custom groups of vaults
For 1Password in the Browser, you can right click on the toolbar icon > Settings > Accounts and Vaults, and uncheck the ones you do not want to appear. I hope that helps!

I'm glad to find this discussion, as we have relied on "Never show in browser" for many years. I've applied the partial workaround of moving several items to a new Vault named "Infrequent" and deselected it within my Mac browser plugins as Ben suggested.
Related: Is there an existing feature request for "Autofill Priority" within items? I could see something like that absorbing and improving on the basic functionality retired unexpectedly in 1Password 8. Three values like "High", "Default/None", and "Hidden" would keep it simple and improve the experience dramatically when accessing sites with multiple login items where someone almost exclusively selects from a subset. A real life example I encounter almost daily is my online banking portal where I have individual logins for our primary household account, multiple business accounts, each child's account, and emergency fund. I'd mark the primary household and one of the business accounts as "High" and leave the others as default.

Hi @mleiphamellis:
Thanks for your feedback! There isn't a request for "Autofill Priority" as such, but what may work for you is that items marked as favorites will be suggested above non-favorited items when filling a login page on a website. Let me know if that helps!

I am aware and do appreciate that Favorites have that priority, but my actual Favorites view would become much less useful if I added the aforementioned category of items that I only need to have priority over other matching items. I use Favorites to make particular items highly visible over all other items.
