Syncing Problems
All the answers I found were a bit dated, so I think a new run at it might be helpful.
iPhone 13 iOS 15.5
iPad mini iOS 15.5
MacBook Air, M1 chip, macOS 12
My iPhone has the most complete iPassword records, but it won't sync to the other devices.
I have signed out and back into my account on the 1Password webpage on each device.
I have signed out and back in my iCloud account on each device.
What's next?
Thanks, Klaus

Hello @klausblume! 👋
I'm sorry to hear that you're not seeing the same items on all of your devices. You mentioned that you have a 1Password account, do you see all of your items when you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)?
If you don't then do you see an older standalone "Primary" vault on any of your devices? You can check for a Primary vault on your Mac by doing the following (these instructions are only for 1Password 7, 1Password 8 doesn't support Primary vaults):
- Open and unlock 1Password for Mac.
- Click on the Vaults option in the menu bar at the top of your screen.
- Click on Switch to Vault.
- Do you see a Primary vault listed?
You can check for a Primary vault on your iPhone by doing the following:
- Open and unlock 1Password on your iPhone.
- Tap on Categories.
- Tap on the vault icon in the top left corner of the screen.
- Do you see a Primary vault listed?
I look forward to hearing from you. 🙂

First of all, my big thanks for your reply. No, I have no "Primary" vaults listed anywhere.

The report will be in zip format. Please send the entire file.

Correction: My iPhone DOES show a Primary Vault, but all the items are in the "Archive." Neither macOS nor iPad have a Primary Vault...Thanks, Klaus

Have a secure note that is not syncing between my iPhone and my Mac. Secure note updated on iPhone...not syncing to Mac. I have tried locking unlocking, rebooting the devices, etc.
The Mac is an iMac 5K 24G ram, running 1Password - 1Password for Mac 8.9.4, Monterey 12.6 (21G115).
iPhone is running 1Password 8.9.5, iPhone Xr, IOS 16.0.2Any ideas?

If you've tried restarting both devices, check to see if the updated changes made it to 1Password.com.
Once we know if it's a problem of the iPhone not sending the change or the Mac not receiving the change, we'll know a bit more and we can look into that further with you. :)

Appears to be an issue of the iPhone not syncing to the cloud. The changes are not appearing on 1Password.com

Thanks for checking that. Are you using a VPN or proxy, or anything similar, on your iPhone? If so, try turning it off, opening and unlocking 1Password and waiting a minute or two with 1Password open to see if the changes sync to 1Password.com.
If you're not, or you're still having trouble, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your iPhone:

When I try to send iPhone says need to set up an email account. I have 2 installed. Default (in settings) is Outlook. Tried changing to Airmail to see if it would allow me to send...no joy

re-installed apple mail app and added an email. Sent report. Waiting for BitBot support ID number to post

Yes, you'll need the built-in Mail app installed for that to work, so I'm glad you've got it sorted. Let me know when BitBot replies and I'll make sure we've received your diagnostics report into the right place.
