1Password 8 Disable suggestion in browser per item

In 1Password 8 for macOS I cannot find the very useful feature to disable suggestion in browser on a per-item basis.

I think this feature should definitely be in the app when you have a lot of items, particularly if you have some you don't use everyday or many for the same website.
