I downloaded 1Password 8 for my iPhone but it won't accept my password.

I enter my password and hit GO, but nothing happens. What do I do?

    Sorry to hear you've had trouble with this. When you say "nothing happens", do you mean that the spinner on the sign-in button just stays spinning and nothing else?

    As a first step, force 1Password to quit by swiping it away from the app switcher: Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support. Then open it again and try signing in. If that does the same thing, force-quit 1Password again and try this:

    1. Open 1Password.
    2. Enter the first character of your account password.
    3. Tap the šŸ‘ļø reveal password button that appears.
    4. Enter the rest of your account password in plain text, then tap ā†’ to sign in.

    If that still doesn't work, and if you haven't already, try removing 1Password 8 from your iPhone and reinstall it and see if that helps. If it doesn't, I'd suggest emailing us for individual help at support+ios@1password.com, including a link to this thread so that we can continue there.
