Face ID doesn't work anymore

Hi!
It's about a month that I can't login in my 1Password on iPhone 11 Pro Max, I got that trouble after I was forced to reset my backup password on iPhone, it cancelled some settings like notify and something in security, I tryied to disable and enable again Face ID on 1Password and on my iPhone, than I tryied to reinstall 1Password on my iPhone but nothing, I checked for an app update but nothing it's lastes version 8.9.6.

How can I fix it? it's really stressful!
