Lack of search icon in quick actions

Thanks for following up @luki2626. When testing this, I found the symbol appeared on some devices but not others and I couldn't find a consistent way to make it appear or disappear. I also agree the symbol doesn't scale well. Hopefully the team here will be able to resolve both in the not-so-distant future. Thanks again!

Thanks for the answer. Today an icon appeared but in my opinion it is too big and poorly visible in combination with a small application icon in the lower right corner.

You should see a magnifying glass symbol for that setting. I've been able to reproduce this behavior and have submitted a report to the development team here. Thanks again!
