How to subscribe a frozen 1Password account?

Hello,
My account is frozen. I wanted to reactivate it and clicked in my 1Password beta app on iOS on the option to subscribe. It seems everything worked fine. I got also a feedback that I'm now ready to start.

But by account is still frozen. And when I look into Apple App Store then I do not see any subscription for 1Password there.
