Hi there,

I am experiencing some issues on my ipad witz Safari:
I activate the 1P Plugin and I look for the neede account. Then I copy the username or password (same behaviour) and change back to the web site to paste it there, but iPadOS do not offer me the paste option.
If I open 1P APP, search for the needed account in the APP everything works like expeted.

1Password Version: actual
Extension Version: actual
OS Version: actual iPadOS
Browser:_ Safari

  • Hi @tpzumbrock 👋🏻

We're aware that some users are experiencing this behaviour, usually after an update to 1Password for iOS, and our devs are investigating a fix. Can you let me know if the following steps restore functionality for you?

    1. Open Settings.app.
    2. Go to Safari > Extensions > 1Password.
    3. Tap on "Other Websites".
    4. Switch from "Allow" to "Ask".
    5. Open Safari.
    6. Tap on the 1Password icon (in the toolbar or the Aa menu).
    7. Tap Allow when prompted.

Let me know if you're able to copy and paste from 1Password for Safari after completing these steps and I'll be here to help if not. 🙂

    Hi Kester,

I have done the changes, restarted Sfari, but no change :-(

    Greetings

I'm sorry to hear that the steps didn't resolve the issue in your case. This is something that our developers are investigating and, while I'm not able to provide any sort of forecast as to if or when we'll be able to resolve this issue, I can tell you that we're aware that it's something in need of fixing. I hope you can understand.

Thank you for reporting the issue.
