You don’t provide an option to upload an image or any relevant attachments upon submission of the support ticket on your website.

    Hello @keanu! 👋

    That's correct, there isn't currently a way to upload an image or attachment with your initial support request. I recommend that you submit a description of the issue and then our team can ask for images or other logs as needed once they've reviewed the issue that you're running into.

    You can also send an email directly to support@1Password.com which would allow you to include images in your initial email. 🙂
