Laptop sign on is constantly requesting both MasterPassword and Secret Key to sign in

Hi, I am a newish user to 1Password. I am using it successfully on my Ipad and Iphone, however, when using 1Password on my Laptop (Windows with Chrome browser) it seems to prompt me nearly every single time (ie can happen several times in a day)that I want to use 1 Password to sign in to provide both my Masterpassword (after it has been asleep or not used for a number of hors, after restart etc etc) as well as my Secret Key. Can someone please provide some hints as to what I am doing incorrectly for this to happen. I do not use a VPN.

    When you say about signing in to 1Password, could you let me know if you're referring to:

    • the main 1Password app, or
    • 1Password.com in your web browser or,
    • in the 1Password browser extension?

    I'll then be able to get you the appropriate help. :)
